These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the binding agreement between you ("player", "you") and 666 Casino ("casino", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using 666 Casino's services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

One account per person, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts will be closed and bonus funds forfeited. You must provide accurate and complete personal information. False registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4. KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. 8. Prohibited Activities

9. Responsible Gambling

10. Account Closure & Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts for: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud; legal or regulatory requirements; responsible gambling reasons. Upon closure, outstanding real-money balances (minus any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned via your registered payment method.

11. Limitation of Liability

666 Casino's liability to you is limited to the amount of your genuine financial loss directly caused by our negligence. We are not liable for: lost profits, indirect losses, force majeure events, third-party service disruptions, or any losses arising from your own misuse of our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 666 Casino holds its gaming license. Disputes should first be directed to customer support, then to the licensing regulator, and finally to IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service) for independent arbitration.
